First time staying on Lake Winnisquam ?
Learn the lake so you can take full advantage of all it has to offer. If you are staying at one of the hotels or cottages on the lake, I can pick you up at your dockside and take you and your party (4 maximum) for a 3 or 5 hour evening tour of the lake. Learn where the spots are to swim, fish, sightsee, gas up your boat and get something to eat. Learn where the water hazards like shallow water and rocks are. From tip to tip, Lake Winnisquam is eight miles long, but if you are staying at one of the local hotels on the lake you would never know it.
On a typical tour you are likely to see Loons, Mallards, Hooded Mergansers, Black Ducks and Cormorants. Springtime brings Swallows swooping down to take insects off the water surface. From time to time an Osprey or Bald Eagle will make an appearance, and on rare occasions you might see one fly down to pick off an unsuspecting fish near the surface.
Soft drinks provided at no charge.
3 Hour Tour - $125. General information tour of the entire lake at a quicker pace (around 10 mph).
